Can't even get my eyes closed. It's maybe because I overslept during the evening. Sigh~
My body just couldn't feel comfortable to sleep. Disebabkan banyak tido petang tadi, badan jadi lemah and tak selesa. Ni semua sebab aku skip aktiviti sihat aku ; jogging and exercise. Haihh.
Di sini, aku menyeru, jom kite same2 mengamalkan #gayahidupsihat. Aku pun sedang cuba jadikan amalan gaya hidup sihat sebagai rutin. Let's do it together.
- amalkan pemakanan yg seimbang
- bersenam
- dapatkan tidur yg cukup
- banyakkan minum air masak
- etc...
